In 2020, Sodexo India deployed the Honeywell eFACiLiTY Visitor Management System as part of an eFACiLiTY suite across more than 300 sites in India to centralize facility operations. The Honeywell eFACiLiTY Visitor Management System was configured as a centrally managed Physical Access Control System, providing site level capture of visitor credentials and digital sign-in workflows while linking to the broader eFACiLiTY facility management modules. Implemented functional capabilities included visitor registration and check-in, visitor badge issuance, initiation of helpdesk incidents from visitor events, and asset workflow tracking, with centralized KPI reporting and monitoring feeds for operations teams.
Operational coverage and governance focused on standardizing visitor handling across facilities and security teams at 300 plus client sites in India, with centralized administration of access workflows and monitoring. Supplier case material published in 2020 reports improved monitoring, enhanced KPI reporting and faster response across distributed client sites following the eFACiLiTY Visitor Management deployment.
