The rollout is planned as a phased, multi year program across global brands to align search relevancy and merchandising practices. Governance centers on centralizing merchandising controls and standardizing discovery workflows, while enabling local brand teams to apply contextual configuration where required. The stated objectives are improving search relevancy, centralizing merchandising and increasing digital market share over the multi year rollout. |
