Technical delivery emphasized RICE development, with Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions built using PL/SQL, XML Publisher with XML bursting, OBIEE dashboards for analytics, and adaptive UI work using Oracle Application Framework and Oracle ADF components including VO, EO and controller extensions. Integrations were implemented using web services and ETL tooling, with explicit use of Oracle Data Integrator and Informatica for metadata and batch data flows to downstream reporting and third party systems. Security and EBS security models were applied to ADF web applications, and shell script driven code migration processes were used for release deployments. End to end testing, bug fixing and production deployment were executed as part of the program, with documented knowledge transfer to the support organization. Governance centered on modular configuration and technical ownership aligned to finance, procurement and supply chain teams, with formalized workflows and RICE component governance to control customizations and report specifications. Senior Oracle Apps technical resources provided ongoing customization, report development and integration oversight to stabilize the Oracle E-Business Suite environment across retail operations.

Outcomes reported by SEG included a 37% reduction in turnaround time, 81% of orders processed through automation, a 26% increase in reports, and the introduction of a five-day promise from offer to start contingent on satisfactory background check results.
