Governance and workflow controls formalized procedures to check purchase order confirmations after management submission, notify the director of required FOB changes, receive and correct bills of lading prior to adjusted invoicing, and track billback reimbursement and collections of outstanding SESS and wholesaler balances. The implementation also documented processes for generating state ATC letters and provided structured backfill support for the sales team in the director's absence.
