The delivery emphasized a dual track SAP landscape to separate Projects and BAU support, enabling parallel development of project deliverables while maintaining operational stability for finance teams.
An SAP technical architect from IBM worked with Southern Water stakeholders, in-house software engineers, project managers and the operations team to produce detailed application, data and infrastructure designs.
