In 2018, SPIE implemented Cegid Talentsoft LMS for Learning and Development. The program centered on updating training content in close collaboration with business experts and introducing structured educational engineering into the companys digital learning practice. SPIE is a France-based professional services provider with approximately 50,000 employees, and the deployment was oriented toward corporate learning and operational training functions.

In 2015, SPIE implemented Novade Enterprise to digitalise field operations for its CityNetworks unit, deploying a Field Service Management solution to support the Toulouse public lighting programme covering 65,000 lighting points. The deployment was introduced by Novade's France partner Iliatis France and focused on digitizing inspection and maintenance workflows while improving stakeholder engagement and real time reporting.
Configuration of Novade Enterprise centered on maintenance and inspection HSE processes, with implementations aligned to standard Field Service Management capabilities such as work order orchestration, mobile field execution, checklist driven inspections, and field to office reporting. Novade Enterprise was used to structure recurring maintenance tasks and formalize inspection workflows, enabling technicians to record job status and HSE observations directly from the field.
Operational coverage included SPIE CityNetworks operations for the Toulouse public lighting programme and affected business functions such as field operations, maintenance teams, inspection and HSE units, and stakeholder reporting processes. The implementation organized work across the defined asset base of 65,000 lighting points and centralized job status visibility to project stakeholders.
Governance and rollout were managed with partner support from Iliatis France, shifting paper based processes to digital execution and real time reporting to improve transparency on job status. The deployment delivered documented outcomes including time savings of up to 30 minutes per technician per day and increased transparency on job status, improving stakeholder engagement for the Toulouse lighting programme.

| Adobe Systems | Legacy | Adobe Connect | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, SPIE deployed Adobe Connect for Audio Video and Web Conferencing on its public website as the primary web conferencing channel for client-facing events and remote collaboration. The implementation situates Adobe Connect at the web delivery layer to provide hosted meeting entry points and webinar landing pages directly from SPIE.com, enabling browser-based access without separate client downloads.
Configuration emphasized category-aligned capabilities of Adobe Connect such as persistent virtual meeting rooms, content sharing and screen presentation, session recording, attendee controls and moderated Q and A. The deployment leverages Adobe Connect’s webinar orchestration and meeting management features to support structured event workflows, presenter permissions and recorded content publishing.
Operational ownership appears aligned with corporate communications and IT functions within SPIE’s professional services organization, with Adobe Connect embedded into site workflows to serve both external client briefings and internal collaboration. Governance focused on web-based access and session management rather than back office integration, positioning Adobe Connect as the visible conferencing and virtual event layer for SPIE’s online engagement.
