Operational coverage extended across finance, accounting, revenue cycle, supply chain and decision support functions, with close coordination with human resources on benefits selection and RFP activities. Governance changes included creation of a Financial Planning and Analysis business partner model, new budget and monthly close workflows, and centralized oversight for annual liability insurance renewals and major capital procurements to enforce financial controls and vendor management.

Operational coverage centered on enterprise HR, payroll, talent acquisition, and learning functions for Springfield Clinic, supporting approximately 3,200 employees in the United States.
Governance was governed by internal program leadership and the contracted solution architect, with staged cutover planning and role-based adoption tasks for HR, payroll, and talent teams. Post-deployment the environment served as the centralized Core HR system of record, consolidating HR, payroll, and talent management processes into Oracle Cloud HCM.
