Governance changes included creation of a Financial Planning and Analysis business partner model, new budget and monthly close workflows, and centralized oversight for annual liability insurance renewals and major capital procurements to enforce financial controls and vendor management. Outcomes recorded as part of the same operational program include the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP, maintenance of physician compensation pools through COVID using expense management and stimulus funding, securing an eighty million dollar line of credit, a new investment strategy projected to generate fifteen million dollars of interest over five years, two and a half million dollars of savings from restructuring a self funded health insurance program, a more than twenty percent clinic growth in the first year from physician acquisitions, a reduction in month end close time by five days, and development and implementation of a new nurse practitioner and physician assistant compensation model.

Governance was governed by internal program leadership and the contracted solution architect, with staged cutover planning and role-based adoption tasks for HR, payroll, and talent teams. Post-deployment the environment served as the centralized Core HR system of record, consolidating HR, payroll, and talent management processes into Oracle Cloud HCM.
