Operational integration included a systems integration between NetSmart for billing and Microsoft Dynamics GP for general accounting, implemented across all 25 Springpoint communities to link resident billing flows into enterprise accounting ledgers. The deployment design emphasized consolidated financial data flows, standardized chart of accounts mapping, and secure encrypted AP verification files exchanged with banking partners. Intellitec Solutions configured intersystem mappings and reporting rollups to support consolidated financial statements and streamlined budget inputs from each community.
Governance and process changes focused on standardization of workflows, centralized reporting cadence, and a repeatable onboarding process for new facilities.
