In 2015 Sprinter implemented Exact Dimoni as its ERP Financial system for the retail organization operating in Spain, supporting finance and centralized reporting for approximately 2500 employees. The deployment established Exact Dimoni as the primary financial application, consolidating accounting data flows and serving the companys corporate finance function and BI consumers.
Exact Dimoni was extended and customized using Visual Basic 6, with configuration focused on core ERP Financial capabilities such as general ledger orchestration, accounts payable and receivable workflows, period close orchestration, tax handling and fixed asset accounting consistent with ERP Financial functional patterns. Development work included in-product customizations and automation of accounting processes, and advanced Microsoft Office programming to produce operational reports and Excel-based analysis delivered to finance teams.
The implementation sat inside a heterogeneous application architecture, with backend integration and services developed in Java using Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Jpa, EhCache, Log4j and Spring Security, and unit and integration tests exercised with JUnit and Mockito. Desktop and web front ends were developed on Microsoft .NET technologies, including Winforms, ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC, using VB.NET and C#, with SQL Server as a transactional store. Data transformation and system-to-system integration were handled with Talend Data Integration, while reporting and BI consumed Exact Dimoni data via Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reporting Services, QlikView and advanced Excel reporting.
Operational governance centered on a BI analyst programmer model responsible for reporting standards, ETL pipelines and in-ERP customization maintenance, with emphasis on test automation, application security and caching for transactional performance. The implementation impacted finance and reporting workflows across Sprinters Spanish operations, and the technology stack blended in-ERP VB6 customization with modern Java and .NET integration layers to deliver enterprise financial processing and business intelligence capabilities.

| Extenda Retail | Legacy | Extenda Hii Retail Cloud Platform | Retail Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
In 2023, Sprinter implemented the Extenda Hii Retail Cloud Platform. The Extenda Hii Retail Cloud Platform, classified under Retail Management, was deployed as a cloud native checkout solution to standardize checkout functions across the retailer's footprint of 350+ stores, with stationary point of sale live in 60+ stores in the Netherlands.
The deployment focused on the platform's checkout and omnichannel orchestration capabilities, implementing stationary point of sale, self checkout, mobile checkout, and e commerce checkout process consolidation. Configuration work included channel specific payment and transaction handling, centralized product and pricing consistency for checkout flows, and cloud native provisioning for store endpoints.
Operational coverage began with a Netherlands roll out where stationary point of sale went live across 60+ stores, while pilots were planned for Spain and Portugal as subsequent phases. The implementation unified checkout processes across stationary, self checkout, mobile and e commerce channels to create a single operational model for order capture and payment across regions.
Governance followed a phased pilot then scale approach, with localized roll out management in the Netherlands and planned pilot governance in Spain and Portugal to validate configuration and operational procedures. The program explicitly targeted improved omnichannel consistency and scalability as primary outcomes through the Extenda Hii Retail Cloud Platform implementation.
