| SAP | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | SAP S/4 HANA | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, ST Engineering migrated from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA. The SAP S/4 HANA implementation was positioned under the ERP Financial category and focused on centralizing core financial management and transactional finance workflows across the organization.
Implementation work included activation of SAP BW business content datasources in both SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA 1809, and provisioning of financial master and transactional feeds into SAP BW/4HANA 2.0. The deployment emphasized finance capabilities common to ERP Financial projects, including general ledger posting, accounts payable and accounts receivable data flows, and integrated financial reporting constructs within SAP S/4 HANA.
Integrations were explicitly built to replicate and expose data using ODP, CDS views and Local BW ODP source types into SAP BW/4HANA. SAP BW queries were exposed to an SAP BI 4.2 SP06 reporting tier for WebI report production, and those BW queries were reused in SAP Analytics Cloud where models and stories consume data via direct live connection using CORS to on premise systems. The BI team managed the end to end data activation and replication pipeline.
Governance and development used a hybrid BW/4HANA development approach to leverage BW/4HANA capabilities while maintaining source activation in ECC6 and S/4HANA 1809. Workstream responsibilities centered on BI content activation, query publication for reporting, and enabling live analytics access, aligning IT reporting governance with S/4 HANA financial structures.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing | Candidate Relationship Management | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2020 |
In 2019, ST Engineering implemented SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing as part of a Candidate Relationship Management initiative. The deployment was focused on strengthening enterprise recruiting and onboarding workflows within HR, positioning SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing as the talent CRM layer for candidate engagement and nurture.
The implementation included configuration and go-live of Recruiting RCM, Recruiting Marketing RMK, and Onboarding ONB modules, with the Senior HR Executive, HRIS acting as Project Manager and module owner. Configuration activities covered candidate attraction and nurture workflows, recruiter and hiring manager interfaces, and onboarding orchestration consistent with Candidate Relationship Management functional patterns.
The solution was provisioned on the cloud SaaS architecture of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing and instrumented to support applicant tracking handoffs and onboarding orchestration. Integrations were operationalized with internal HR workflows and role based security was implemented to align access for Talent Acquisition and HR operations teams.
Change management and continuous system maintenance were led by the HRIS Senior HR Executive who managed rollout, user adoption, and post go-live support. The program achieved a successful go-live of Recruiting and Onboarding modules and established ongoing governance for configuration updates and process ownership.

| IBM | Legacy | IBM Maximo | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, ST Engineering deployed IBM Maximo as its Enterprise Asset Management platform. The IBM Maximo deployment was operated and administered by system engineering staff who performed installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows based environments and network devices as part of application lifecycle support.
The implementation leveraged core Enterprise Asset Management capabilities aligned to work management, asset registry, preventive maintenance scheduling, inspection workflows, and spare parts inventory management. IBM Maximo was subject to structured functional testing and UAT, with creation of test cases and test execution noted as part of rollout validation and stabilization.
Operational support for IBM Maximo ran on an infrastructure stack that included Windows Server, Windows Active Directory, Windows Hyper V, Synology NAS for storage, and PRTG for monitoring, with backup and recovery tooling such as Arcserve RHA and Arcserve UDP and endpoint protection through Trend Micro DSM. System engineers also monitored application performance to identify bottlenecks, worked with developers on remediation, and managed connectivity and security across Fortinet firewalls, Alcatel and Cisco network devices, and Aruba mobility and ClearPass policy management, while JIRA was used for issue tracking and governance of change requests.
