In 2011, Staycity Group implemented SAP Business One as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment paired SAP Business One back-end processing with a custom front-end web business application to extend booking and hospitality operational workflows. The front-end was built on Microsoft technology including MS SQL Server, ASP.net and IIS, creating an integrated architecture where the web layer synchronized transactional and master data with SAP Business One.
A Business Analyst and Project Manager led requirements gathering, data collation and cleansing, configuration of standard financial modules in SAP Business One, and the design, development, testing and implementation of bespoke Hospitality sector modules. Integrations included interfaces between the ASP.net web layer and the SAP Business One back-end to support financial posting, receivables and operational data flows for Staycity Group, with deployment activity covering Dublin operations. Governance and rollout followed staged testing and implementation phases, with work documented between November 2011 and March 2013.

| The Access Group | Legacy | PeopleHR Core HR | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 Staycity Group deployed PeopleHR Core HR as its centralized HRIS. The implementation established PeopleHR Core HR to manage core HR processes across a multinational population of roughly 650 employees based in Ireland, the UK, Germany, France, and Italy within the broader 1,000 headcount organization. The deployment targeted recruitment coordination, onboarding workflows, employee recordkeeping, and payroll support as primary operational priorities.
Configuration included onboarding and document automation, with PeopleHR Core HR used to generate offer letters, employment contracts, and other required HR correspondence, and to coordinate new starter needs with IT and hiring managers. The platform supported probationary processes, a six month probationary assessment, e-learning course delivery and workshop administration, and formalized induction content such as the Welcome to Staycity and Stay Ahead Program. Reporting and auditing capabilities were configured to run specialised ad hoc reports, maintain and audit employee files, and capture exit interview, turnover and absenteeism data for trend analysis.
The implementation operated alongside external sourcing channels, operationally integrating candidate workflows sourced from Recruitee, Talos, Indeed and LinkedIn into PeopleHR processes, and providing structured support to payroll for leave queries and final payments. Governance changes included creation and rollout of a new HR Induction, a company probation policy, ongoing candidate communication and reference check processes, and administration of the Your View team member satisfaction survey in July 2021. Day to day operational ownership rested with HR specialists in Dublin who supported managers and division heads to align HR services with new opening projects and divisional objectives.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle OPERA Property 5 Management | Hotel Property Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2011 | 2012 |
In 2011, Staycity Group implemented Oracle OPERA Property 5 Management alongside a bespoke iDocuments front end to integrate financial workflows with SAP Business One. The deployment sat within the Hotel Property Management category and was structured to provide a cost effective entry to SAP while retaining Opera as the property management core.
The iDocuments implementation was developed on MS SQL Server, ASP.net and IIS and delivered standard Finance, HR, Timesheet and Rostering modules. Bespoke modules were built for Housekeeping, Utilities Management, Employee Productivity reporting and Quality and Maintenance, each following full SDLC from requirements gathering to UAT and training.
SAP Business One was installed on a hosted server and integrated with iDocuments so that Purchase Orders, Goods Received Notes and Invoices created in the front end were automatically synchronized with the SAP backend. A suppliers and items database was created in SAP for each property, and configuration work included mailserver links, user configuration, and provision of SQL queries and reports to support accounts personnel.
Project governance combined Business Analysis and Project Management disciplines and required significant data collation and cleansing prior to rollout. Accounts personnel were trained and sample journal import formats were created, and the architecture preserved the existing Opera property management capabilities while extending finance and operational reporting through Oracle OPERA Property 5 Management and the iDocuments SAP integration.
