In 2019, STEF implemented ITESOFT Streamline for Invoices as an AP Automation solution. The deployment targeted the Group's Central Functions, specifically Finance and Purchasing, and aligned with an application portfolio centered on SAP ECC, with interfaces to on-premise tools and SaaS systems managed by the Central Functions IT organization. Configuration work focused on invoice capture, automated data extraction, validation rules and approval workflow orchestration, functional capabilities typical of AP Automation that enable routing, exception handling and structured posting. ITESOFT Streamline for Invoices was configured to support multi-format invoice ingestion, business rule engines and audit logging to meet financial control and processing requirements within STEF's finance operations. Integrations connected ITESOFT Streamline for Invoices to STEF's SAP ECC modules including FI, CO and MM to enable automated posting and reconciliation workflows, and to the existing on-premise and SaaS interfaces overseen by the Central Functions IT team. Operational governance and rollout coordination were executed by STEF's Central Functions IT organization, which manages a 15 person internal consulting team with nearshore support, and incorporates the solution into application roadmap, project portfolio management and maintenance processes.

SAP Legacy SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Performance and Goal Management HCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, STEF implemented SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals. The deployment targeted Performance and Goal Management for HR and talent processes, and was aligned with a broader SuccessFactors footprint that included Employee Central, Employee Profile, Performance, Company info and Recruiting alongside SAP HCM. SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals was configured to support goal cascading, manager and employee performance forms, scheduled performance cycles and calibration workflows. Configuration emphasized use of Employee Central as the authoritative HR dataset for organizational hierarchy, job and position information, and Employee Profile for role attributes and competency data. The implementation leveraged standard Performance and Goal Management capabilities such as goal templates, competency libraries and review routing to standardize appraisal workflows. The implementation operated alongside Training Orchestra for learning administration, enabling training assignments and curriculum tracking tied to performance outcomes. Operational support and incident tracking were handled with JIRA and Mantis to manage configuration issues and change requests. SAP HCM remained in the application landscape for transactional HR and payroll while SuccessFactors provided the core performance and goal management layer. Governance was organized under HR and talent management processes with centralized performance cycle ownership, manager calibration committees and defined review schedules. Rollout workstreams focused on configuring performance workflows, aligning review eligibility with Company info and Recruiting modules, and establishing ticketing procedures for ongoing support.

SAP Legacy SAP Digital Manufacturing Manufacturing Execution System ERP Services and Operations n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 STEF implemented SAP Digital Manufacturing, a Manufacturing Execution System, as part of its SAP-centered industrial application landscape. The deployment of SAP Digital Manufacturing was positioned to instrument shop floor execution and integrate production data with the Group's broader SAP estate, aligning manufacturing operations with Supply and Industrial Maintenance processes. SAP Digital Manufacturing was configured to deliver core Manufacturing Execution System capabilities including production order execution, shop floor data collection, traceability, and quality event capture, while interfacing with transactional SAP ECC modules such as MM and PM for material and maintenance flows. The implementation emphasized configuration to support industrial workflows and operational data handoffs into the centralized SAP environment, with SAP Digital Manufacturing restated as the primary MES platform. Integration scope reflected the existing hybrid SAP landscape, with explicit interfaces to on-premise tools like SAP BW, SAP FC, SAP DM and connections into the groups SaaS portfolio including SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc as part of the overall application topology. Operational governance for the implementation was managed through STEFs Central Functions IT organization and an internal SAP Competence Center model, staffed by an internal team of approximately 15 consultants working alongside a nearshore team and external firms for specialized technical work. Program management practices included project portfolio management, application roadmap planning and arbitration of schedules and resources to ensure delivery, consistent with STEFs ongoing IT medium term planning and later S4HANA assessment activity. The governance approach focused on sustaining run and change activities for industrial applications, embedding SAP Digital Manufacturing into existing enterprise release and maintenance processes.
