The implementation was completed in three months and the platform went live on 3 April 2023, delivering a production Learning and Development environment for HR, L&D and compliance teams across the Netherlands. The deployment enabled decentralized competency declarations and a streamlined approach to staff assessments, aligning day-to-day assessment initiation with local teams while keeping compliance trails centralized. Governance was adjusted to embed the self-declaration assessment policy, shifting routine assessment initiation toward local managers and staff while maintaining central oversight for compliance reporting and learning governance. CAPP Learning now operates as Stichting Mijzo’s primary Learning and Development platform, integrating learning delivery, competency management and compliance workflows.
