In 2021 Stronger implemented Centra PIM using the Product Information Management application to centralize and govern product data across its direct to consumer storefronts. The project followed a platform move from Magento to Centra and targeted product information and ecommerce operations across Europe and global DTC channels.
The Centra PIM deployment focused on localized product attributes and automated listing syndication, configuring attribute sets for country and language variations and orchestrating catalog publishing workflows. Centra PIM was used for attribute management, catalog orchestration, and content syndication to reduce manual updates and enforce consistent product information across multiple storefronts.
Integrations included Centra PIM working with Centra storefront infrastructure and a front end implementation by Made People, with the live site launching in November one week before Black Friday. Operational coverage centered on merchandising, product management, and ecommerce teams responsible for catalog publishing and localized content for Europe and other markets.
According to the vendor case, after going live Stronger reported improved time to market and catalog accuracy, and measured outcomes of a 167% increase in orders and a 172% increase in revenue compared to the prior period after going live. Governance was centralized in Centra PIM with syndication workflows and product data stewardship to maintain localized attribute consistency across DTC listings.
