In 2019, Subaru Canada implemented Lambda Suite, a Learning and Development application. The deployment consolidated multiple dealer LMSs into a single cloud-based Lambda Learn platform to support Sales and Aftersales training, bilingual delivery, and compliance reporting across dealerships.
The Lambda Suite implementation configured core capabilities for course delivery, bilingual content management, learner enrollment workflows, certification tracking, and automated analytics. Lambda Analytics Zoola was explicitly used to automate reporting pipelines, producing scheduled compliance reports and centralized transcript access for dealer managers.
The rollout was delivered by Lambda Solutions with SI/VAR involvement from Lambda Learning, and the operational scope targeted the Subaru dealer network across Canada. Integration work focused on consolidating disparate dealer training instances into the cloud platform and centralizing training records and compliance data for Sales and Aftersales functions.
Governance was adjusted to standardize certification workflows and assign reporting ownership to dealer managers, creating a single source for compliance verification. Stated outcomes include faster course delivery, automated reporting via Lambda Analytics Zoola, and significant cost and administration savings for dealer managers.
