SoftExpert EAM, classified as Enterprise Asset Management, was deployed with ITSX Assure United Kingdom as the implementation partner to automate more than 20 business processes across Sulgás operations in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The implementation focused on explicit asset management and control of engineering works, configuring SoftExpert EAM capabilities to provide an auditable asset register, traceability of engineering activities, and automated process orchestration for routine workflows. Configuration work emphasized asset lifecycle management and procedural controls consistent with Enterprise Asset Management functional expectations. Integration work tied SoftExpert EAM into the company ERP to improve data consistency and cross‑functional traceability between engineering, operations, and administrative processes. Operational coverage centered on Sulgás sites in Rio Grande do Sul and impacted engineering and operational business functions through consolidated asset records and coordinated process execution. Governance and process changes were enacted to improve accountability and decision velocity, with the case study reporting better governance, faster decision-making and higher operational productivity, including explicit improvements in asset usage. ITSX Assure United Kingdom led the rollout and configuration activities documented in the SoftExpert case study.
