The program followed a 14 month implementation timeline with extensive training and on site support, and included a concentrated post go live support window during which Caliber assisted on more than 3,000 calls in the initial days after go live. Operational coverage was focused on the Emergency Communications District and its 24 partner agencies, consolidating emergency communications routing and field resource management across county public safety units.
Governance emphasis included dispatcher and field user training, staged rollouts, and vendor supported on site operational support to stabilize call handling and interagency procedures.
