In 2022, Suva implemented GesMobile ERP to support employee time tracking, HR absence management and finance invoicing processes in Switzerland. Suva is the Swiss National Accident Insurance Fund and the deployment is presented on the vendor client list as a national implementation focused on internal HR and finance workflows rather than external customer facing modules.

| tts | Legacy | tt Knowledge Force | Digital Adoption | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 Suva implemented tt Knowledge Force as part of a Digital Adoption initiative to deliver structured user training across the insurer. The tt Knowledge Force deployment targeted 2,500 users in a variety of roles, and Suva authored 300 courses in three languages to cover operations spanning its headquarters in Lucerne, 18 agencies across Switzerland and two rehabilitation clinics.
The implementation emphasized authoring and course management capabilities native to tt Knowledge Force, including e learning course creation and a rerecording function that accelerated production of multilingual content. Each user completed an e learning module before attending instructor led sessions, and the platform was used to prepare attendees for 2 to 4 day long classroom courses.
Operational execution combined centralized content production with distributed classroom delivery, producing 5,000 user training days delivered by 40 internal teachers. The program required participation from approximately 130 ‘‘bearers of knowledge’’ who contributed process knowledge during design, supported testing activities and provided firstline post implementation support, while testing and training were run in parallel to meet the cutover schedule.
Governance was organized around constrained subject matter expert availability, Suva scheduled design workshops and training delivery tightly to accommodate the knowledge bearers and embedded 40 teachers from its own ranks to increase credibility. Course design emphasized consistency across the three language versions so classroom instructors received trainees who had a common baseline of system experience.
Outcomes explicitly reported include rapid creation of three language versions with minimal hassle, uniform preparedness of classroom participants through the e learning pre work, and higher acceptance of the new system because teachers and 130 key users were colleagues familiar with both previous practices and the new workflows.
