The application was operated as a centralized ERP Financial platform to orchestrate financial transactions and master data, consistent with Workday cloud SaaS deployment patterns for enterprise financial systems. Governance and operational practices established during rollout focused on role lifecycle management, documented business process definitions and ongoing maintenance of master data hierarchies. Operational support work continued post go live to improve end user experience, sustain audit readiness and keep conditional business rules and notifications aligned with evolving finance workflows.
