Operationally the NetSuite OneWorld instance covered the UK and Ireland legal entities and centralized finance, accounting and distribution functions, enabling standardized reporting across jurisdictions. Governance changes included a centralized chart of accounts, standardized financial reporting and intercompany workflow controls to support statutory consolidation and cross-border transaction visibility. A decade after implementing Oracle NetSuite ERP, Sweet Squared reported growth from 10 to 65 employees and revenue growth from £2m to £18m. Oracle NetSuite ERP remains the companys core ERP Financial system supporting multi-subsidiary accounting and cross-border financial governance.
