Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts standardization and period close workflows to align accounting processes with the Oracle NetSuite ERP application framework.
Architecture was deployed as a cloud native SaaS instance of Oracle NetSuite ERP, providing a centralized system of record for finance and procurement operations. Operational coverage concentrated on corporate finance, accounting, and procurement teams supporting manufacturing operations.

ADP Workforce Now Benefits was used to drive benefits communication and compliance workflows and to host plan configuration and employee self service for benefits elections.
Operational interfaces were established with benefits consultants, brokers, and plan providers to exchange enrollment and eligibility information and to support plan administration and carrier feeds. The implementation covered HR and benefits teams as primary operational users and extended to benefits administrators who served as primary contacts with plan providers and brokers, reflecting centralized benefits management across Tecomet.
Governance was structured around a benefits administration owner model, with defined responsibilities for enrollment communications, compliance tracking, and leave coordination. The implementation emphasized formalized open enrollment processes and broker and carrier coordination, aligning ADP Workforce Now Benefits with Tecomet business functions of HR, benefits administration, and compliance.

The team managed the rollout of Epicor Global Scheduling to automate job scheduling workflows, and applied custom business process automation through BPM’s and DMT-driven data loading to align production and operational processes with the Manufacturing ERP platform.
Integrations and adjacent systems were maintained as part of the operational footprint, with ongoing support for the Softech ProductCenter PLM system and management of the company Document Management implementation using DocStar. The role also provided cross-ERP support for Infor Visual and CloudSuite Industrial SyteLine installations, handling software maintenance and SSRS report creation for those ancillary ERP environments, and offering on-demand IT support for the Manchester office.
Governance and knowledge management activities included implementing a documentation repository for all reports, BAQ’s, and BPM’s within the North American Epicor instance to standardize artifacts and enable repeatable rollouts. As a Global Core Team member, responsibilities encompassed coordinating upgrade and enhancement governance, controlling configuration artifacts, and operationalizing scheduling and reporting standards across regional deployments of Epicor Kinetic.
