| Workday | Oracle E-Business Suite | Workday Financial Management | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2019 | 2020 |
In 2019, Synchronoss began implementation of Workday Financial Management as its ERP Financial system. The initiative was part of a transition from Oracle E-Business Suite, including Oracle Financials R12, to centralize accounting, consolidations and reporting across its global finance organization.
Workday Financial Management configuration emphasized the general ledger and global consolidations capability, multi-entity intercompany accounting, recurring journal processing, automated account reconciliations, and accounts payable workflows. The implementation supported journal entry processing for inter-company activity, accrued expenses and capitalized software, and embedded reporting to drive monthly close and quarterly reporting cycles.
Integrations included bank payment connectivity established through coordination with the bank and Workday support to onboard payment processing, and system interfaces tied to centralizing accounts payable for the Japan entity. Operational coverage extended across the APAC footprint and US headquarters, with the global consolidations team producing consolidation schedules for audits and external departments across subsidiaries in China, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Philippines.
Governance and workflow redesign placed consolidation oversight with a Senior Accountant acting as the financial liaison to executive leadership, formalizing training, data validation reporting, discrepancy research, and close ownership. The program incorporated process improvements to support Sarbanes Oxley internal controls and SEC filing readiness, and advanced into post-implementation system optimization and ongoing close process refinement.

In 2016, Synchronoss implemented UKG Workforce Central (ex Kronos Workforce Central) for Workforce Management. The engagement delivered a full cycle implementation of Kronos v 6.3 for Synchronoss, covering company-wide timekeeping and workforce scheduling for the professional services organization of approximately 802 employees.
Configuration work focused on core Workforce Management capabilities, including time and attendance, workforce scheduling, absence and leave administration, employee self-service, and manager dashboards. Implementation activities included detailed configuration of pay rules, shift differentials, exception processing, scheduling templates, and rules-driven time capture consistent with Kronos v6.3 functionality.
The deployment used an on-premises UKG Workforce Central architecture aligned to Kronos v6.3 release patterns, with centralized application and database tiers to support consolidated scheduling and timekeeping. Operational coverage targeted HR and operations teams, enabling standardized time capture, manager approval workflows, and centralized schedule management across the organization.
Rollout followed a full cycle methodology encompassing requirements gathering, configuration, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, training, and cutover. Governance established system-enforced time and attendance policies and manager approval workflows to formalize workforce processes and operational controls.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Webex Meetings | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017 Synchronoss implemented Cisco Webex Meetings as its Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution on its website. Synchronoss uses Cisco Webex Meetings to provide an integrated meeting layer supporting both external customer engagement and internal collaboration functions, linking the application directly to business functions in sales and professional services.
The Cisco Webex Meetings deployment emphasizes standard conferencing capabilities common to the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category, including browser based join flows, meeting scheduling and host controls, screen sharing and recording. Configuration appears focused on embedding join and registration workflows into the public facing site so external participants can access meetings and support sessions without separate client installation.
Operational coverage centers on web delivered sessions for customer interactions and cross functional collaboration, with use cases aligned to sales demonstrations, customer support meetings and professional services engagements. The implementation scope therefore spans the public website as the primary access point and extends to internal users who administer and host sessions across relevant departments.
Governance for the Cisco Webex Meetings environment centers on defining host roles, meeting access policies and standard scheduling workflows to manage external participant access and meeting moderation. These governance controls support consistent operational practices for meeting creation and hosting across Synchronoss while keeping the deployment focused on web based audio video collaboration.
