Time reporting was maintained and administered in parallel with expense processing to provide administrative visibility for managers. Governance focused on maintaining and updating procedural documentation and departmental organizational charts, collecting and interpreting metrics to identify process improvements and system enhancements, and embedding standard operating procedures for expense reporting into day-to-day workflows. Administrative functions also included planning meetings capturing action items preparing and distributing meeting minutes and creating documentation and procedures related to applications.
