Deployment activity was based at TK Bhabon, 13 Kawran Bazar, Dhaka and covered finance, cost accounting, shop floor manufacturing control, inventory valuation, supply chain planning, asset maintenance and project accounting functions. Configuration work aligned master data and transactional controls to support inventory movement, material costing, asset capitalization and project cost capture within Oracle E-Business Suite.
Governance and process restructuring focused on aligning accounting and manufacturing workflows to Oracle E-Business Suite R12 transaction lifecycles, including cost rollups, subledger to ledger reconciliation and manufacturing cost management.
