| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2012 | 2018 |
In 2012, Take-Two Interactive implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment was part of a broader HR and finance systems program where the Technical Lead and System Administrator responsibilities spanned Workday, Oracle E-Business Suite and Kronos systems.
Oracle E-Business Suite was configured to support ERP Financial controls and to enable HR data exchanges with adjacent HRIS components. The technical team instituted processes and audits to ensure data integrity across HRIS systems, and developed, generated and analyzed HR reporting sets including headcount, turnover, compensation, benefits and EEO-1 for HR, Finance and other business groups.
Integration work focused on operationalizing data flows between Oracle E-Business Suite, Workday HCM and Kronos, with coordination on software upgrades and maintenance routed through IT. The role acted as liaison with IT owned applications to align interfaces, reconciliations and ongoing support processes.
Governance and change management included serving as Workday Update Manager to evaluate HRIS functionality, recommend improvements and implement change initiatives, and leading team development through trainings and written documentation. The implementation narrative positions Take-Two Interactive Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial as a coordinated component of HR and finance operations, supported by governance, audit processes and cross-application integration.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Take-Two Interactive implemented Workday Absence Management as part of a global Absence and Leave Management deployment to centralize time off and leave workflows. The deployment was executed within a broader Workday program that supported a 4000-seat administration model and a phased global rollout across 18 countries.
The implementation configured Workday Absence Management to support standard absence and leave management capabilities, including leave entitlements, time off request routing, absence tracking, and consolidated leave balances. Workday Time Tracking and Workday Projects were co-led modules in the rollout, aligned to ensure consistent time capture and project related absence visibility.
Integrations were delivered with upstream and downstream systems in collaboration with cross functional partners to sustain end to end HRIS workflows, and to harmonize data flows between absence, time tracking, and adjacent operational systems. Operational coverage included multi site HR teams across 18 countries, with the system administered centrally to enforce consistent policy rules and reporting.
Governance was established through a central design and administration team responsible for compliance, training delivery, and ongoing configuration enhancements, with project management oversight for large scale HRIS transformations. The initiative retired manual and outdated processes, consolidated multiple low functioning systems into a single best in breed Workday solution, and harmonized global teams to drive productivity and compliance.

| Ethereum Foundation | Legacy | Ethereum Platform | Blockchain Platform | Blockchain | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
In 2023 Take-Two Interactive deployed the Ethereum Platform as the underlying blockchain infrastructure for its Zynga-published mobile title Sugartown, categorized under Blockchain Platform. The implementation enables game-level digital ownership by allowing players to collect, own and trade NFTs as core gameplay and commerce mechanics.
The deployment uses the Ethereum Platform provided by the Ethereum Foundation as the base-layer settlement and smart contract environment. Functional capabilities implemented include NFT minting and tokenized in-game asset management, on-chain ownership records, and marketplace-oriented trading flows, aligned with typical Blockchain Platform workflows for custody and transfer of digital assets.
Operationally the project was executed through Take-Two’s mobile gaming subsidiary Zynga, embedding blockchain-enabled commerce into mobile game publishing and live-ops. The implementation impacts game development, player economy orchestration, and digital commerce teams, while leveraging existing mobile distribution and monetization processes within Zynga.
Governance and investment signals were explicit in public commentary, with Take-Two allocating resources to the initiative based on a belief in sufficient market scale, and industry observers framing the move as a validation signal that may influence other major publishers. The narrative positions the Ethereum Platform deployment as a strategic step to instrument on-chain ownership in mainstream gaming titles without asserting measurable business outcomes.
