In 2010, Tatra Banka began deploying TotalSoft Charisma ERP in a project focused on core leasing and financial operations, categorized as ERP Financial. The initial rollout targeted a core-leasing system implemented across four subsidiaries, Russia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary, with deployment plans reflecting different development levels and local regulatory needs for each branch.
TotalSoft Charisma ERP was configured to deliver core-leasing functionality alongside standard ERP Financial capabilities, including contract lifecycle management, lease accounting, receivables processing, general ledger workflows and financial reporting. Configuration emphasized parameter-driven setups and branch-specific extensions to support varied maturity levels, while typical automation of accounting entries and reporting workflows was applied to centralize financial controls.
The partnership with TotalSoft evolved through a phased, branch-by-branch implementation, using centralized configuration governance and subsidiary-level parameterization to balance group standards with local requirements. Raiffeisen Leasing International noted that Charisma ERP best suited their business model with different levels of development for each branch, and reported that the solution responded to business needs and enables achievement of stated objectives.
