Acumatica Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise Acumatica Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP Financial Management B2Bgateway 2018 2018
In 2018, Tayse Rugs implemented Acumatica Cloud ERP to replace Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise, deploying Acumatica Cloud ERP as its ERP Financial platform to scale order processing and distribution operations. The decision followed rapid e-commerce growth and expansion into larger warehousing and product lines, and the implementation was driven by the need to support high-volume order intake from customers including major e-commerce and big box retailers. The implementation included Acumatica Financial Management and Acumatica Distribution Edition, combined with B2BGateway for EDI and Descartes OzLink for parcel shipping, and was delivered with assistance from Dynamic Tech Services and integration support from B2BGateway. About 90 percent of the project timeline was consumed by data cleansing and import preparation before system configuration, and Acumatica’s SaaS cloud architecture, API access, and unlimited user licensing were leveraged to enable customization and broad user access. Operational workflows were restructured to centralize order intake and fulfillment, receiving orders via EDI through B2BGateway or spreadsheet imports, filtering by shipping method, converting orders into shipment documents, and executing a batch tool that invokes UPS and FedEx desktop shipping processes to print packing slips and labels. The environment integrates Descartes OzLink for parcel routing, Microsoft PowerBI for analytical reporting sourced from custom combined tables, and is evaluating barcode scanning software and Microsoft Teams for operational collaboration. Governance and process changes included customized user interfaces, custom reports that join multiple tables into single reporting sets, quality control sets and dashboards, and If Then alert logic to flag late orders and shipments in real time. The rollout covers core distribution, finance, order management, and shipping functions, supports approximately 30 daily Acumatica users and up to 120 seasonal staff, automated manual procedures to reduce errors, streamlined order processing, and avoided the need to add headcount to handle increased order volume.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 Tayse Rugs deployed Microsoft 365 as its primary Collaboration platform. The deployment covers roughly 250 employees in the United States and is referenced on the company website as using Microsoft 365, indicating the tenant is active for both internal productivity and externally visible content workflows. The implementation centralized cloud email and productivity services to support business collaboration across the organization. Configuration of Microsoft 365 includes standard Collaboration modules such as Exchange Online for enterprise email, SharePoint Online for intranet and content publishing, OneDrive for user file sync and version control, Microsoft Teams for real time chat and meetings, and Office web and desktop applications for document authoring. Operational scope aligns with core business functions including merchandising, distribution operations, sales and marketing, with governance enforced through tenant level administrative controls, user provisioning, group based access policies and document sharing restrictions. The presence of Microsoft 365 on the public site suggests linkage between cloud content management and customer facing content workflows rather than a purely internal deployment.
