In 2018, Telefe implemented TrustX from Daon as its Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. Telefe deployed TrustX as a centralized identity service for Argentina based broadcast and corporate operations, covering authentication, single sign on, biometric identity verification, user lifecycle provisioning, access control, and audit logging. Configuration work emphasized role based access control, delegated administration for production teams, and centralized policy enforcement across newsroom, production, archive, and distribution functions.
Operational integration focused on connecting TrustX to Telefe application portals and directory services, and on instrumenting audit trails and access certification workflows for broadcast systems. Governance activities formalized provisioning and deprovisioning procedures, access request and approval flows, and periodic entitlement reviews, with TrustX acting as the authoritative identity source for multiplatform production and distribution workflows. The implementation targeted stronger identity governance across Telefe business functions supporting content production and digital distribution.
