In 2020, TTEC implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounting Hub as part of an Oracle E-Business Suite to Cloud migration, deploying the application within an ERP Financial program covering a global footprint. The engagement addressed a consolidated accounting orchestration layer to support a workforce reported at 55,000 employees across 20 countries, positioning Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounting Hub as the central ledger and journal transformation engine for the program.
The implementation focused on integrating core ERP modules and subledgers, including GL, FA, AP, AR, CM, PPM, and PO, while coordinating parallel HCM workstreams such as Core HR, Benefits, ORC, Payroll, and OTL. Configuration work emphasized accounting rule mapping, ledger mapping and journal transformation, and data migration strategy development, with targeted data cleansing activities and integration analysis run prior to cutover.
Architecturally the initiative established the Accounting Hub as a centralized aggregation and posting layer, consuming subledger feeds from on-prem Oracle E-Business Suite sources and other ERP components, supporting both batch and near real time posting patterns consistent with ERP Financial operations. Operational coverage spanned finance and payroll functions across multiple countries, aligning source system feeds to a unified accounting model and standardized chart of accounts mapping.
Governance was structured around multi-pillar teams with a System Integrator, IT and business stakeholders, led by a dedicated project manager who ran data migration, integration analysis and cleansing sessions to prepare for the global rollout. Workstreams were organized by pillar for ERP and HCM functionality, creating cross-functional change control and data governance processes to coordinate the transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounting Hub.

Integrations connected Sterling Background Check with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software used by TTEC, enabling recruiters to trigger screenings from ATS workflows and to report screening status during stakeholder communications. Operational coverage focused on Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers who coordinated equipment provisioning and first-day orientation scheduling for approved pre-hires.
Governance centered on recruiter-led initiation of screenings, scripted communications for any screening delays that could affect start dates, and weekly meetings that reviewed Sterling Background Check audit outputs and I-9 compliance status. Process controls emphasized task list completion, audit visibility for background screenings, and alignment of credentialing steps with onboarding milestones.
