| Docuware, a Ricoh Company | Legacy | DocuWare | Document Management | Content Management | n/a | 2016 | 2016 | In 2016 The Atlas Group deployed DocuWare as its Document Management solution. The implementation centralized purchase orders, project documentation and customer correspondence in DocuWare to support procurement, sales order management and program management workflows. DocuWare was configured to capture and index incoming PO and project documents, and to host approval workflows used to add and approve POs. The program management notes indicate DocuWare workflows were aligned with task milestones, enabling role based approvals and document routing that supported the program manager responsibilities for defining milestones and deliverables. The implementation included explicit integrations with AX and Adobe, with DocuWare records linked to AX sales orders and used alongside Adobe for PDF handling and form capture. Operational coverage spanned procurement, sales order processing and manufacturing program management activities, with day to day use by program managers who coordinated across internal departments, vendors and customers and verified parts status on the production floor. Governance was structured around program level milestones and contractual deliverables, with document approval and PO controls enforced through DocuWare workflows and AX order edits used to reflect changes to lines, dates and quantities. The configuration supported continual program communication and cross functional coordination without naming an implementation partner. |
