| UKG | Legacy | UKG Workforce Central (ex Kronos Workforce Central) | Workforce Management | HCM | n/a | 2007 | 2007 |
In 2007, Biltmore implemented UKG Workforce Central (ex Kronos Workforce Central) as its Workforce Management solution. The deployment converted all employee, company, and department records previously maintained on manually tracked sheets into a centralized time and labor system, establishing a single authoritative source for scheduling and payroll inputs.
Implementation work centered on Kronos Workforce Central V3 with a documented roadmap that included an upgrade to V5 and a platform shift from client server to a web based architecture. The project team documented current business practices across HR, payroll, and each operational department, and used those artifacts to configure work rule and pay rule building blocks within UKG Workforce Central to mirror existing policies and exception handling.
All existing interfaces were converted to Kronos Connect to maintain integration with upstream HR and payroll feeds, and to support automated data exchange for time collection, accruals, and pay processing. The implementation covered department level operational workflows, manager timesheet approvals, and supervisor scheduling processes, aligning system configuration with departmental staffing and pay practices.
Governance activities included authoring a comprehensive user guide and training all managers and supervisors on the new workflows and administration tasks for UKG Workforce Central. Rollout emphasized role based training and procedural documentation to embed the Workforce Management application into ongoing HR and payroll operations, and to support the subsequent upgrade and architecture transition.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Webex Meetings | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Biltmore implemented Cisco Webex Meetings on their website. Cisco Webex Meetings is deployed as an Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution to surface web-accessible meeting and collaboration functionality directly from site pages, and the public site code indicates the full application Cisco Webex Meetings is present in-browser for meeting joins and scheduling links.
The implementation aligns with standard Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities, including hosted video and audio sessions, browser-based join flows, meeting scheduling and participant controls, screen sharing and recording. The Cisco Webex Meetings deployment appears configured to provide embedded join and scheduling experiences, enabling users to start or join sessions from the website without separate portal navigation, and the listing reiterates the application name Cisco Webex Meetings within the site footprint.
Operationally the presence on the website places Webex Meetings in a customer facing and collaboration function, supporting remote engagement and virtual meetings initiated from public pages. Governance for this type of deployment typically relies on tenant and site-level administration within Cisco Webex, including designated host accounts, scheduling policies and access controls applied to meet public and internal meeting requirements.

Algolia Search was integrated into the website to provide real-time search, improving query responsiveness and content retrieval for visitors.
The deployment focused on core search capabilities typical of the Application, Web and Enterprise Search category, including indexed product and content catalogs, autocomplete and typeahead, faceted filtering, configurable ranking and relevance tuning, and search analytics instrumentation. Architecturally the implementation used Algolia Search as a hosted search service with API-driven front-end integration, embedding Algolia Search queries and UI components into the site experience. Operational ownership is centered on the digital experience and marketing teams, who manage content indexing, search relevance, and monitoring of search analytics to inform content and merchandising workflows.
Governance emphasized centralized search configuration and relevance governance, with teams using Algolia Search console and analytics to monitor query patterns and adjust ranking. The implementation narrative reflects a standard SaaS search architecture where Algolia Search serves as the Application, Web and Enterprise Search layer for Biltmore’s customer-facing site search functionality.
