Infor Legacy Infor Lawson ERP Financial ERP n/a 2009 2009
In 2009 The Christ Hospital Health Network implemented Infor Lawson as its ERP Financial solution. The Infor Lawson deployment established a centralized financial backbone for the hospital network, delivering core ERP Financial capabilities across the health system. Infor Lawson was configured to provide core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets management, purchasing controls, budgeting, and financial reporting. Configuration work emphasized a structured chart of accounts and accounting period controls to support month end close workflows and statutory reporting for the healthcare organization. Operational integration focused on transactional and posting interfaces with adjacent administrative domains, including payroll, supply chain and billing feeds, enabling financial posting and ledger consolidation across cost centers and clinical sites. Interfaces were implemented as controlled data exchanges to ensure timely financial reconciliation and to support enterprise financial reporting. Governance centered on standardized approval workflows, role based access controls, and centralized financial policy enforcement to align hospital finance and accounting teams. Training and process standardization accompanied the rollout to embed consistent accounting practices across departments within the health network.

UKG Legacy UKG Workforce Central Absence Manager (ex Kronos Workforce Absence Manager) Absence and Leave Management HCM n/a 2013 2013
In 2013, The Christ Hospital Health Network implemented UKG Workforce Central Absence Manager (ex Kronos Workforce Absence Manager) as part of an enterprise-wide Kronos Workforce Central deployment. The implementation was sponsored by IT as a $1.1 million program to centralize time and attendance and to strengthen Absence and Leave Management across the health system. The deployment included configuration and rollout of Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Scheduler Basic and Advanced, Workforce Analytics, Workforce Attendance, and Workforce Leave Management, with UKG Workforce Central Absence Manager serving as the primary absence case management and leave tracking layer. Implementation activities focused on scheduling rules configuration, time capture and exception processing, absence case workflow setup, and analytics configuration to surface attendance trends for operational leaders. Execution was enterprise-wide across the hospital network, consolidating scheduling and timekeeping into the Kronos platform and eliminating a third-party shift bidding system during cutover. The removal of the third-party shift bidding system produced an explicit annual savings of $132,000, and governance was centralized under the IT sponsor with standardized attendance and leave policies enforced through the platform. Operational coverage considered clinical, ambulatory, and support staffing functions, with Workforce Analytics delivering reporting to support staffing coordination and absence management workflows. The program emphasized centralized configuration control, role based access for policy enforcement, and standardized absence processes to align operational procedures with the UKG Workforce Central Absence Manager implementation.

Epic Systems Legacy EPIC EHR Electronic Health Record ERP Services and Operations n/a 2014 2015
In 2014 The Christ Hospital Health Network implemented EPIC EHR as its Electronic Health Record application. The deployment emphasized chart management and scanned document ingestion workflows operated by the Health Information Management HIM Department and Medical Records teams, extending across ancillary areas of the network. EPIC EHR was configured to support document imaging and chart reconciliation, clinical documentation workflows, transcription management, and forms and downtime form control. The organization established a quality program for scanning that monitored scanned document error rates to be less than 2 percent and worked toward a zero error target, while supervising transcription staff to meet turnaround and quality standards. Operational integration included tight coordination with Information Services, Medical Staff, and hospital personnel to ensure timely and accurate completion of records in accordance with state, federal and accreditation standards. Scanning hardware and peripherals such as scanners, label printers and PCs were managed within HIM, forms were maintained with a network inventory tracked in Excel, and policies and standard practices were updated using Microsoft Office tools. Governance and process changes were led through the Forms Committee and department-level controls, including hiring, training, disciplinary actions, performance appraisals, productivity monitoring, time off approvals and a coverage calendar. The HIM Chart Management Supervisor investigated and corrected misfiled patient documents across the organization, handled deceased patient status and advance directive updates in EPIC EHR, and maintained HIPAA and client confidentiality compliance while implementing process changes to improve operating efficiency.
