Integration scope included staging data in the PRU1 tenant via EIB loads and targeted integration test scenarios and data mining for USA, Pramerica and PGIM employee populations. Third party payroll vendor interfaces were explicitly built to ADP Spain, Cegedim France and Abacus Geneva, demonstrating cross border payroll and screening orchestration tied to Sterling Background Check and Workday payroll events.
Governance and test operations were formalized, with defect triage and resolution conducted alongside Prudential business teams and the implementation partner Deloitte.
