Yumpingo Legacy Yumpingo Customer Experience CRM n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, The Restaurant Group deployed Yumpingo as its Customer Experience application across its leisure division brands including Frankie & Benny's and Chiquito in a UK wide rollout. Yumpingo, now BBI Survey Studio, was configured to capture real time guest feedback at dish and location level and to feed NPS and happy guest metrics into operational reporting. Implementation emphasized dish level feedback capture, real time surveys, NPS tracking, and analytics dashboards that centralized guest insight for frontline managers. Yumpingo's Customer Experience capabilities were used to instrument survey triggers tied to transactions and to aggregate sentiment and satisfaction signals by dish and site. Configuration included survey workflows and reporting slices aligned to menu items and shift level performance. POS integrations were explicitly used to link individual transactions to survey responses, enabling item level attribution that informed pricing and menu decisions. Operational scope covered restaurant operations, culinary teams, training and commercial functions across the leisure division. Data flows from Yumpingo were routed into operational review cycles to prioritize training and menu adjustments. Governance integrated the Yumpingo generated insights into training and menu governance processes and operational review cadences. The Restaurant Group credited Yumpingo in its 2022 results for improving customer insight and NPS and the case study reports measurable improvements in NPS and happy guest metrics.
