Configuration work included GL data migration and reporting transition into Acumatica Cloud ERP, mapping of donation receipt posting and distribution logic, and setup of intercompany eliminations and consolidation rollups used for territory level reporting and footnote preparation. Operational coverage included the Operating and Trust accounting departments, a team of 11 staff responsible for processing AP AR balance sheet and income statement information, and the THQ cashier office that processes daily check receipts bank deposits ACH transactions and AR application. The implementation specifically accommodated processing and reconciliation of approximately 15M in THQ third party donations annually, with donation receipt, GL recording, reconciliation and distribution to THQ and the eight divisions based on donor intent. Governance and rollout were led by the Central Territory Controller who served as the THQ financial lead for the GL to Acumatica Cloud ERP transition and as the primary finance point of contact for the annual audit. Governance activities included direct supervision of the Accounting Operations Manager and Assistant Controller coordination of training and refresher courses for staff and new hires reconciliation of intercompany eliminations and preparation and review of the Central Territory consolidation and audit footnotes.

Governance and compliance workflows were implemented to support regulatory reporting and auditing, including Affordable Care Act hours and pay class reports, EEO-1 Component 2 pay-data reporting, and Affirmative Action Plan documentation and applicant logs. Day to day operational responsibilities included initiating background checks, maintaining confidential employee information, and producing finalized reports and audits using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to reconcile ATS and HRIS data.
