Governance and process changes were implemented alongside the software to strengthen master data stewardship and SIOP process maturity, aligning master data strategies with supply planning execution and analytics. The implementation was configured to surface finance and inventory data for downstream analytics and supply planning tools, and rollout was staged across functional areas to embed new financial controls and procurement workflows.
