The project delivered a merged Chart of Accounts and standardized common processes for both companies, with configuration work to align accounts payable ledgers and subledger integration points. Integration work combined Ticketmaster systems with Oracle Financials and Projects applications, using multi organization architecture to preserve company and project accounting boundaries while enabling consolidated financial reporting. Governance and rollout responsibilities included scoping, solution analysis, development of the integration approach, management of deliverables, budget and hours, and coordinating activities from initial kickoff to the final go live in 2010.
