FusionCloud Consulting resources served in Manager and Solutions Architect capacities, with the engagement running from June 2010 to December 2010 across Los Angeles and Houston and focused on unifying finance and project accounting processes. The implementation leveraged experience with Oracle 11.5.10 modules including GL, AR, AP, FA, PA, PC, Multi-org and AGIS, and concentrated on configuring the Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable module to support automated invoice processing, supplier master consolidation, and payment workflows consistent with AP Automation best practices. The project delivered a merged Chart of Accounts and standardized common processes for both companies, with configuration work to align accounts payable ledgers and subledger integration points. Integration work combined Ticketmaster systems with Oracle Financials and Projects applications, using multi organization architecture to preserve company and project accounting boundaries while enabling consolidated financial reporting. Governance and rollout responsibilities included scoping, solution analysis, development of the integration approach, management of deliverables, budget and hours, and coordinating activities from initial kickoff to the final go live in 2010.
