Health Data Movers, now part of CitiusTech, led a multi source data migration and archival engagement to consolidate eClinicalWorks, Meditech and ARIA Varian source systems into the Epic environment. The work enabled Epic and MyChart access and the rollout of a new patient app, aligning historical records with live patient access channels. The implementation encompassed multi source extraction, transformation and archival workflows, ingestion of consolidated records into Epic, and reconciliation of archived data with operational clinical workflows. Functional capabilities implemented included data archival management, historical record indexing for Epic consumption, and provisioning of patient access via Epic MyChart and the new patient application. Governance and rollout were structured around the migration and archival engagement led by Health Data Movers and integrated into the CitiusTech EHR delivery model. The case documentation reports an on time, on budget delivery with legacy records integrated into the new Epic environment to support clinical workflows and patient access.
