The engagement managed an end to end ERP Financial implementation including EDI, API connectors, and data synchronization to support retail and online channels. Implementation covered core modules and configuration work including a Subscription module, supply chain modules for PurchaseOrder, TransferOrder, and Inventory, a NetSuite based expense approval system, and a Tax management system for dynamic tax collection. The team also implemented multi-lingual email delivery during the customer journey and developed workflows specific to online retailer processes. Integration work included building REST APIs to connect external systems such as Ecomm platforms, Expensify, and tracking systems, and orchestration of ecommerce integrations to support Order-Invoice flow and payment collection via credit card, PayPal, and AmazonPay. Supply chain integration with retail partners was implemented via an EDI Gateway to automate order and fulfillment exchanges with major online retailers including Amazon, Target, WalMart, and BestBuy. Operationally the program led NetSuite development and ecommerce integration efforts while defining workflow and approval processes to align finance, supply chain, and ecommerce teams. Business user training for NetSuite use was delivered to embed the new ERP Financial processes and support operational adoption.
