SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was configured to support transactional finance capabilities including general ledger posting, accounts payable workflows, accounts receivable and order management, plus supplier invoice processing. The implementation explicitly incorporated SAP OTC and P2P process flows and established shared master data definitions for customers, suppliers, pricing and purchase orders. Architecturally the deployment centralized financial posting and master data and leveraged ECC 6.0 application services to orchestrate transactional flows between sales order entry and supplier invoice capture. Operational scope covered finance, procurement and sales process owners who governed transactional policies and approval routing under the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 program. Configuration work included workflow routing for approvals, segregation of duties controls and standardized document templates for purchase orders and invoices.
Governance established centralized finance process ownership, defined change control for ECC configurations and assigned master data stewardship for customers and suppliers. Testing and cutover activities followed standard ERP release practices with end to end testing across OTC and P2P process flows.
