| UKG | Legacy | UKG Pro Payroll (ex Ultipro Payroll) | Payroll | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Time implemented UKG Pro Payroll (ex Ultipro Payroll) to centralize enterprise payroll operations. The deployment targeted core Payroll functions and was configured to process payroll across approximately 20 states and two FEINs, while supporting coordination with UK and Singapore locations following an acquisition in 2022 and the addition of a new company in 2023.
Configuration of UKG Pro Payroll focused on payroll processing and benefits deduction management, covering pre-tax and post-tax calculations, PTO and carry over management, ACH and positive pay file generation, manual payroll checks and direct deposit processing. The implementation also produces General Ledgers, runs payroll reconciliations and audits, generates payroll reports, and coordinates year-end deliverables including W-2, W-2C and 941 workflows and third party sick pay handling.
Operational integrations and workflows tied UKG Pro Payroll into HR and Fiscal team processes, and into the organization time management system and payroll gateway to enable timekeeping feeds, payroll generation, tax rate updates and journal entry creation. The payroll function maintains cross-functional communication with HR, Fiscal and field staff and provides support for international payroll and timekeeping questions from UK and Singapore offices.
Governance practices center on state compliance and tax maintenance, with payroll staff responsible for maintaining and updating tax information and rates by state and coordinating tax issue resolution and filings. Operational controls formalize troubleshooting processes for UKG Pro Payroll, routine account reconciliations, audits and communications required to ensure balance in payroll accounts and accuracy of payroll records.

In 2023 Time implemented DocuSign eSignature as a Digital Signing capability on its public website. Time deployed DocuSign eSignature to capture legally binding electronic signatures for web‑facing transaction flows and form submissions, embedding signature capture into online publishing touchpoints.
The implementation integrates DocuSign eSignature into the website front end and the supporting application layer, using standard embedded signing and envelope management patterns consistent with Digital Signing deployments. Functional capabilities provisioned include document preparation and template management, signer authentication and validation, secure audit trails and tamper-evident signature certificates, and centralized envelope tracking via the DocuSign eSignature platform.
Operational scope centers on web-driven workflows that intersect content publishing and commercial functions, enabling electronic acceptance of contributor agreements, licensing paperwork, and vendor or partner contracts initiated through the site. The configuration aligns signing workflows with editorial and commercial review processes, enabling routed approvals and signer roles that reflect existing business function responsibilities.
Governance and records considerations were addressed through DocuSign eSignature native audit logging and certificate retention, supporting compliance and legal recordkeeping for signed documents. The deployment emphasizes embedded signing UX on the website, server side orchestration of envelopes, and preservation of signature metadata for downstream legal and archival processes.
