Configuration emphasis was on career site integration and on delivering end-to-end recruiting lifecycle functionality consistent with Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System requirements.
Operational ownership rests with HR and Talent Acquisition teams, who administer job requisitions, candidate communications, and selection workflows through the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting application. The implementation is delivered as a cloud SaaS architecture tied to the public careers portal, with administrative controls and workflow routing configured to govern recruiting processes and compliance across the organization.

In 2017, Titan America implemented SAP Enterprise Asset Management to standardize maintenance and reliability practices across more than 100 manufacturing facilities in the United States. The SAP Enterprise Asset Management deployment served as the primary Enterprise Asset Management platform for asset lifecycle control, maintenance planning, and capital project governance across maintenance, reliability, procurement, safety, and quality functions.
The implementation centered on core Enterprise Asset Management capabilities including preventative maintenance scheduling, predictive maintenance workflows, parts management and procurement processes, capital project management practices, calibration and quality controls, and defined TPM and RCCM scopes. Configuration work emphasized roles and responsibilities, maintenance and reliability best practices, and dashboard reporting tied to KPI development for procurement and reliability.
Systems Architecture and analytics integration were focal points, with KPI development and deployment instrumented on HANA and enterprise reporting surfaced through Tableau and SharePoint for consolidated dashboards and document management. The technical rollout was structured to support distributed site execution while enabling centralized visibility through the SAP Enterprise Asset Management instance and integrated business intelligence.
Governance and operationalization included formalized roles and responsibilities, people and skills development with gap analysis, and 1 year, 3 year, 5 year, and 10 year project planning and budgeting practices. A senior EAM consultant led efforts from September 2017 to October 2018 to develop, support, and operationalize SAP Enterprise Asset Management and associated maintenance and reliability processes across the organization.
