| SAP | Legacy | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013 TMD Friction UK implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its core ERP Financial system. The deployment established SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the central transactional layer, operating alongside SAP APO and SAP BW components that were managed within the same SAP landscape to support planning and reporting workflows.
Configuration work emphasized user role governance and identity management, with explicit administration of user master data, SAP licenses, and monitoring of critical transaction combinations. Change control was enforced through SAP Solution Manager Change Request Management, coordinating all requests for system changes and applying new SAP settings on the business side in line with audit requirements.
Operational governance focused on audit and compliance controls, including J-SOX compliance, execution of J-SOX controls within SAP, implementation of GIA requirements, and handling external audit instructions. Processes and J-SOX controls were documented and maintained in Solution Manager, and the program included ongoing user support, coordination with HR for starters, leavers and job changes, and project work with team members leading or participating in SAP projects to align finance, HR, IT and compliance workflows.

| In-House Applications | Legacy | Forms/Email Based ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2006 | 2006 |
In 2006, TMD Friction UK implemented a Forms/Email Based ATS, an in-house Applicant Tracking System. The Forms/Email Based ATS is hosted on the corporate website to capture candidate submissions via web forms and routed email intake, centralizing application collection for HR recruiting workflows.
The TMD Friction UK Forms/Email Based ATS Applicant Tracking System supports HR recruiting and talent acquisition functions, with core capabilities oriented around job requisition exposure, web form intake, email-based application processing, candidate record storage, status tracking and basic search and screening workflows. Configuration is tailored to form-driven workflows and email notifications rather than extensive third-party integrations or advanced orchestration.
Operationally the system interfaces directly with the company website and corporate email channels, and serves HR and hiring managers across TMD Friction UK. The deployment is sized for a mid-market employer and focuses on recruiting for roles within the United Kingdom, with application intake consolidated into a central candidate repository.
Governance and maintenance remain in-house, with HR owning recruitment workflows and internal IT supporting platform availability and form updates. Change requests and process adjustments are handled internally, preserving control over candidate data capture and recruiting procedures.

| QAD | Legacy | QAD Adaptive ERP (ex MFG/PRO) | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 TMD Friction UK implemented QAD Adaptive ERP (ex MFG/PRO) as its Manufacturing ERP to centralize core manufacturing and operations processes and to support manufacturing, supply chain and commercial functions. The deployment was positioned to serve operational planning and execution across the company’s manufacturing footprint and aftermarket product portfolio.
Implementation work emphasized configuration of standard Manufacturing ERP capabilities, including material requirements planning, production scheduling and shop floor control, inventory management, bills of materials and routings, procurement and supplier transactions, quality management and new product introduction workflows. QAD Adaptive ERP was configured to support demand and operations planning processes and to enforce master data discipline for product and part hierarchies.
Operational coverage aligned the application to manufacturing and aftermarket operations, including production plants and warehouse operations, with direct support for product portfolio allocation across OES service line and AM channels. The implementation connected ERP transactional processing to cross functional teams in supply chain, engineering, sales and marketing to streamline order fulfillment, production allocation and NPI control across sites.
Governance and process redesign accompanied the rollout, using standardization of KPIs, HSE, 5S and Lean principles, and PMO led projects for operational system redesign and process harmonization. Change control and cross functional stakeholder management were embedded into operational releases to drive consistent production portfolio management, allocation, transfer processes and post acquisition integration activities.
