The implementation connected ERP transactional processing to cross functional teams in supply chain, engineering, sales and marketing to streamline order fulfillment, production allocation and NPI control across sites. Governance and process redesign accompanied the rollout, using standardization of KPIs, HSE, 5S and Lean principles, and PMO led projects for operational system redesign and process harmonization. Change control and cross functional stakeholder management were embedded into operational releases to drive consistent production portfolio management, allocation, transfer processes and post acquisition integration activities.
