In 2008 Tokmanni implemented JDA Warehouse Management System to standardize warehouse operations across its retail distribution footprint. The deployment targeted core Warehouse Management capabilities to support retail replenishment and inventory orchestration, using the JDA Warehouse Management System as the operational backbone.
The implementation included explicit use of JDA advanced warehouse replenishment and JDA advanced store replenishment modules, configured to drive replenishment logic, inventory allocation, and automated tasking for receiving, putaway, and picking. These modules were applied to formalize replenishment cadences, safety stock and reorder behavior, and to enable store-directed replenishment workflows consistent with retail distribution patterns.
Operational coverage emphasized warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain planning, and store operations, aligning replenishment controls with warehouse task management and store replenishment schedules. Governance changes included configuration of replenishment parameters, role based task assignment for warehouse staff, and process documentation to support the new Warehouse Management environment.
The narrative centers on Tokmanni, 2008, JDA Warehouse Management System and the Warehouse Management category, describing an implementation signal focused on replenishment and store supply chain orchestration using advanced replenishment modules.

In 2020 Tokmanni deployed Akamai mPulse on its public website. The implementation uses Akamai mPulse, an Application Performance Management solution, to collect real user monitoring telemetry and front-end performance metrics from customer-facing pages.
Deployment is implemented via client-side instrumentation embedded in the website to capture page load timing, resource timing, user interactions, and error rates, routing that telemetry into Akamai mPulse dashboards and analytics. The configuration supports web operations and e-commerce product teams by surfacing performance regressions, session level experience data, and browser-level breakdowns, establishing a clear Tokmanni Akamai mPulse Application Performance Management relationship focused on continuous front-end monitoring and performance governance for the Finland-facing online retail site.

In 2011, Tokmanni implemented Basware Analytics as part of a cloud-based, browser-based Procure to Pay deployment. The Basware Analytics application was provisioned to support high-volume procurement operations at Tokmanni, which processes approximately 500,000 invoices and at least 450,000 direct purchase orders annually.
The deployment of Basware Analytics and the accompanying cloud Procure to Pay solution delivered invoice matching, invoice batch processing, configurable payment templates for recurring invoices, and advanced reporting and analytics. Tokmanni’s environment already matched close to 70 percent of orders to purchase orders, and the Basware solution surfaced matching rates and batch processing status through centralized analytics.
Operational ownership focused on procurement and accounts payable functions, where payment templates were introduced to standardize recurring payments and analytics were used to drive day-to-day payment and matching workflows. As a result Tokmanni can immediately see the total level of invoice matching, the share of invoices, and the number of invoices paid on time, using Basware Analytics to provide ongoing visibility into Procure to Pay performance.
