The program involved ongoing production support, coordination with third party vendors and end users, scheduling and monitoring request sets for periodic jobs, and application of performance tuning and patching when required to stabilize business operations.
Governance and delivery used AIM methodology artifacts including BRD, MD 50, MD 70, MD 120 and DO 60, together with formal testing documentation to drive deployments and support. As a functional implementation the initiative delivered functional conversions and data conversion utilities to populate Oracle ERP Inventory and Order Management structures, while organizational coverage emphasized Order to Cash, inventory control, procurement and warehouse operations.
