In 2016 Tory Burch implemented Workday Absence Management, deploying Workday Absence Management as its Absence and Leave Management solution to align absence workflows with HR Operations and Employee Data Management. The program was executed as a client-side initiative for the retailer and was positioned to standardize leave processing across corporate and retail HR operations.
The implementation encompassed core absence capabilities including leave plans, entitlement calculations, absence request and approval workflows, and absence reporting configured inside Workday Absence Management. Integration workstreams explicitly included coordination with Workday Payroll and Workday Time Tracking to ensure consistent time capture and payroll feeds between timekeeping, payroll processing, and absence records.
Project governance was organized with a client side Project Manager who also fulfilled SME, Test Lead, and Trainer responsibilities, working alongside OneSource Virtual as the implementation partner. Delivery emphasized SME-led test cycles, structured role-based training, and staged cutover activities with formal cross-functional signoffs from HR and Payroll teams in New York.
Operational coverage included HR Operations, payroll coordination, and time and attendance management across Tory Burch sites, sized to an approximately 4800 employee population. Configuration and process work focused on operational workflows for absence intake, approvals, entitlement calculation, and downstream payroll integration within the Absence and Leave Management category.

| Aptos | Legacy | Aptos Point of Sale | Point Of Sale | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Tory Burch implemented Aptos Point of Sale in its Point Of Sale environment. The Aptos Point of Sale deployment was executed as part of a broader Financial Applications landscape that included SAP AFS, SAP S/4 HANA and Customer Activity Repository, supporting retail store transaction capture and financial integration across international store setups including Italy and Ireland.
Configuration work centered on POS transaction processing, store setup, master data maintenance and XREF mapping to enforce G/L posting rules. The implementation included targeted POS testing and validation of financial postings into SAP S/4 HANA ACDOCA and SAP AFS, with functional alignment to general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxation and bank accounting constructs.
Architecturally the Aptos Point of Sale was interfaced through middleware and OMS connections to CAR and S/4 HANA, enabling orchestration of transaction flows between store POS, e-commerce order management and central finance. Payment channel and settlement considerations were addressed through e-channel configuration for JPMC and HSBC, including payment programs, house banks and payment medium formats to align POS settlement flows with bank processing.
Governance and rollout followed discovery workshops, functional design, blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization phases. Operational controls emphasized POS validation procedures, XREF mapping governance and close coordination between store operations, finance and procurement for PO approvers and payment testing.
