| IFS | Legacy | IFS BOLO (formerly P2 BOLO) | Oil Gas and Chemicals ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 TotalEnergies US implemented IFS BOLO (formerly P2 BOLO) as part of its Oil Gas and Chemicals ERP footprint to centralize land administration and owner accounting workflows. The implementation supported Land Administration and Owner Relations operations based in Fort Worth, TX, and was the transactional record for owner payments, ownership transfers, and title-related accounting tasks handled by the Owner Relations organization.
Configuration work focused on owner records management, payment processing and void handling, suspense and title cure workflows, and support for division order preparation and pay code updates. IFS BOLO (formerly P2 BOLO) was used to create, edit, and maintain owner information and to manage returns and stale dated check processes, with explicit handling of decimal interests, transfers of ownership, and complex DOI transfers.
Operational integrations were implemented with LandVantage CRM for inquiry tracking and case documentation, and with Mitel and AT&T Office@Hand to support contact center operations and owner communications. The system functioned as a hub for coordination between Landman, Division Orders, Accounting, Legal, and Senior Management teams, and data entry processes fed owner data into IFS BOLO from a dedicated Data Entry team.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical deployment, including documented procedures for mail and document handling, document management policies, templates and retention controls, internal controls to support Division Orders and Accounting, and training and performance evaluation for Owner Relations staff. Volumetrics and analytics generated from IFS BOLO and associated CRM records were tracked and presented to senior management, and the program included coordinated workflows with legal and accounting for 1099s, legal suspense, and returned checks to mitigate business risk.
