Standard Unit4 HCM modules for personnel administration, absence management, and workforce reporting were instrumented to support municipal HR operations.
Integration workstreams connected Unit4 HCM with the ERPx Finance and Payroll modules to provide end to end HR to pay flows and consolidated financial posting, with Hawforce Canada coordinating testing and cutover. Governance and process restructuring included centralized HR data governance for employee master data, role based approval workflows, and a hypercare escalation model that concluded in May 2025. The project completed go live and post go live hypercare successfully, delivering a unified Unit4 HCM deployment for the Town of Stony Plain.
