Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations was configured to support typical ERP Financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, fixed assets, and financial reporting, with emphasis on master data consistency and period close orchestration. Configuration work focused on financial workflows, payment processing, accounts reconciliation, and reporting structures consistent with enterprise financial operations.
The deployment integrated Finance and Operations with Dynamics 365 CRM within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem to unify transactional customer records and financial transactions, creating a single source for customer-facing and back-office data. Operational coverage included finance, accounting, procurement, and IT Applications teams, with implementation activities coordinated from the company’s Phoenix, Arizona technology leadership.
From March 2020 to June 2020 the Sr. Director IT Applications at Transact Campus led hiring and organization of an applications support team to manage and support both Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, establishing application ownership, support workflows, and release coordination for ongoing operations.
