Traveloka’s Jakarta-based product team led model configuration and tuning, and the Sift Console became the primary investigation and case management tool for cross‑regional offices in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Governance shifted from static rules to an adaptive machine learning workflow, with in-house analysts using Sift-provided signals to tune thresholds and reduce manual review. Outcomes reported by Traveloka include accepting twice the number of orders that were previously blocked by rules, a threefold reduction in traffic routed to 3D Secure, faster checkout for legitimate customers, and fewer overall account takeover incidents.
